Generally, floating net cages are placed in large waters such as lakes, reservoirs, rivers, straits and bays with relatively calm water conditions, free from storms and easy to reach. Fish farming with floating net cages allows water to enter and exit freely. So, there is an exchange to the surrounding waters.
